Shelf Dividers for Ecommerce Fulfillment.
One SKU per bin. Color-coded zones. Pick paths that don't end in a pile of mailers. Our clip-on shelf dividers split standard warehouse shelving into addressable bin locations in 30 seconds each — no drilling, no rework when your catalog shifts.

One SKU, one bin
Discrete cells eliminate hunt-and-grab on the pick path. Faster picks, fewer mis-ships.
Color-coded zones
Mix colors across the same order — red receiving, blue pick, yellow returns — at unified bulk pricing.
Reconfigurable
Catalog shifts every season. Brackets pull off and reseat anywhere along the rail. No drill holes.
Typical fulfillment use cases
- →Single-piece pick lanes — partition 24″-deep shelves into 4–6 SKU bins per shelf foot.
- →Returns triage — sort by condition (resell / refurb / scrap) on the same rack.
- →Kit / bundle assembly — bin components by part number on a single boltless unit.
- →Polybag / mailer SKUs — vertical partitions keep flexible packaging from collapsing into adjacent bins.
- →Seasonal flex — Q4 ramp adds bins; January slows back down. No permanent install.
Shelf divider FAQ for ecommerce
Why use shelf dividers in an ecommerce warehouse?+
Single-piece picking is faster and more accurate when every SKU has a dedicated bin. Shelf dividers split deep shelves into narrow lanes so pickers grab the right item without sorting through a pile.
How do I size bins for my SKUs?+
Match insert depth to shelf depth (12″, 18″, or 24″ are most common boltless sizes) and pick a height just under the next shelf. For polybag/mailer SKUs, 6″ wide bins work; for small accessories, 4″.
Can I color-code by zone (receiving, pick, returns)?+
Yes — order red for receiving, blue for pick, yellow for returns, etc. All colors count toward the same volume tier, so mixing doesn't cost extra.
Do they work with WMS bin labeling?+
Yes. The top bracket holds a printed bin label that points down the aisle. Combined with a clip divider below, each cell is a discrete addressable bin location.
How fast can I scale up?+
Order a $25 sample kit to verify fit (1–3 day ship). Bulk orders ship in 7–21 business days. For 2,000+ unit rollouts, get in touch for scheduled batches.
Scaling a 3PL?
For multi-rack rollouts, get in touch — we coordinate production with your install schedule and ship in palletized batches.
