FAQ

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

+

Yes — and we recommend it. The Sample Kit is a flat $25, ships ASAP (1–3 business days), and includes 1 clip divider, 1 top-of-shelf bracket, and 1 cardboard insert in your chosen color. The $25 covers the product, the cardboard, and priority shipping — no separate shipping invoice. Test the fit on your actual shelf, then come back and place the bulk order with confidence. Add one from the configurator.

Do you check fit before printing my order?

+

Yes. After every order, we email you to request a quick photo of your shelf beam and uprights so we can verify the bracket geometry matches your rack before we start printing. It takes 30 seconds on your end and prevents wasted prints and return shipments. Nothing goes into production until the fit is confirmed.

How long does shipping take?

+

Sample Kits ship priority (1–3 business days). Bulk orders are manufactured to order — standard lead time is 7–21 business days depending on order size. Larger orders (500+ units) trend toward the longer end. You'll get a tracking link as soon as we hand it off to the carrier.

What shelves does this fit?

+

The bracket is built for standard teardrop / boltless rivet shelving — the kind sold as Muscle Rack, Project Source, Edsal, Husky, WORKPRO, and most big-box garage racks. If your uprights have the teardrop keyhole slots and a flat front beam, the bracket clips over the beam and locks down with the thumb screw. Works with MDF, particle board, or wire decks.

What's the bracket made of?

+

Industrial PLA filament. High thermal resistance, chemical resistant, and structurally rigid. Knurled thumb screws are designed for repeated hand-torque without stripping.

What ships in the system?

+

Pick any combination in the configurator: clip-on shelf dividers, top-of-shelf brackets (for labels and signage), and custom-cut cardboard insert panels. Everything ships in your chosen color from one of 29 PLA options.

What size should I order the cardboard inserts?

+

Order each insert ½″ shorter than your shelf depth so it slots cleanly behind the rear rail — e.g. 23.5″ wide for a standard 24″ shelf. You set depth and height in the configurator; we cut to spec at $0.75 per insert.

Do I have to buy the cardboard inserts from you?

+

No. The bracket slot accepts any 4mm-thick cardboard or rigid sheet, so you can cut your own. We just offer the cut-to-spec service for convenience.

How does the bulk pricing work?

+

Clip dividers: 1–50 = $4, 51–200 = $3.50, 201–500 = $3, 501+ = $2.50 (price applies to the whole order quantity). Top-of-shelf brackets: $5 each up to 50 units, $4 each at 51+.

How does shipping work?

+

Shipping is invoiced separately at exact carrier cost — no markup, no flat fee, no padding. When you check out, we pack your kit, weigh it, and email you a shipping invoice based on your address (we use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is cheapest for your ZIP). Nothing ships until you approve the shipping charge. This way you only pay what the label actually costs us.

Can I order more than 2,000 units?

+

Yes. For facility-wide deployments contact us directly — we can quote enterprise pricing and align production with your install schedule.

What's your returns policy?

+

Brackets are made to order, so we don't accept returns on opened bulk orders. If something arrives defective or damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it.
