Product // Shelving Separators

Shelving Separators That Clip On In 30 Seconds.

Our shelving separators turn one long shelf into as many lanes as you need. A 3D-printed PLA bracket clamps onto the front beam of any boltless or teardrop rack, then a rigid cardboard panel — cut to your exact shelf depth — slides in to form the partition. No drilling, no welding, and you can move every separator in an aisle in minutes when your SKU mix changes.

Where separators pay off

  • Pick faces

One SKU per lane means fewer mis-picks and faster training for new pickers.

  • Returns processing

Separate lanes for inspect, restock, and scrap without buying more shelving.

  • Backstock

Stops cartons from toppling sideways into neighbouring stock on deep shelves.

  • Zone color coding

Print separators in a different color per department, aisle, or velocity band.

Shelving separator FAQ

What are shelving separators?

+

Shelving separators (also called shelf dividers or shelf partitions) are vertical panels that split one long shelf into several smaller lanes or bins. They stop cartons, totes, and loose stock from sliding into each other so every SKU keeps its own space.

How do these shelving separators attach?

+

A U-shaped bracket lip drops over the front beam of the rack and a knurled thumb screw locks it in place. Then you slide a rigid cardboard panel into the bracket slot. No drilling, no welding, no permanent modification — about 30 seconds per separator.

What shelving do the separators fit?

+

Any boltless, rivet, or teardrop rack with 1.5″–2″ of clearance between the shelf surface and the bottom of the front beam. That covers Muscle Rack, Edsal, Husky, WORKPRO, Project Source, Uline, Global Industrial, Gladiator, HDX and most big-box units.

Can I get separators in different heights and depths?

+

Yes. The bracket is one size, and the cardboard panel is cut to your shelf depth and the height you need — 12″, 18″, 24″ or fully custom. You can order multiple sizes in a single run.

How much do shelving separators cost?

+

Brackets are $4/ea at 1–50 units, $3.50 at 51–200, $3.00 at 201–500, and $2.50 at 501+. Cardboard panels add $0.75 each. A $25 sample kit gets you one complete separator shipped fast so you can confirm fit first.

Are shelving separators removable?

+

Completely. Loosen the thumb screw, lift the bracket off, and reposition it anywhere along the beam. Nothing is glued or drilled, so you can re-slot a whole aisle as your SKU mix changes.
